As its name suggests, Vinissimo is a paradise for Italian wines. But it is also a gourmet destination where transalpine specialities are showcased by chef Alessandro Vannelli. Cured meats and burrata kick things off before tackling the classic carbonara, executed to perfection. The stuffed guinea fowl with morel mushroom sauce is perfectly balanced, as is the torta caprese with its combination of chocolate and orange blossom.
