In this bar-restaurant, you start off by sipping a delicious cocktail before moving on to an extremely fresh and perfectly prepared sea bream ceviche. The earthy flavours of the thin slices of mushroom and hazelnuts contrast with the blackberries and chilli pepper, which really bring out the flavour of the dish. The cod fillet follows, with its crispy skin on top and perfectly cooked flesh, while the butter sauce with prawns is perfect. The concept is well-oiled, the decor is well thought-out and the service well-orchestrated.
