Halfway between the old town and Clausen, the 'Plateau' doesn't skimp on hospitality in the capable hands of John and his attentive team, in a hushed dining room atmosphere or under a parasol. Chef Rosario Corposanto's short menu is a tribute to flavour and indulgence, from his addictive mini prawn croquettes to his salmon ceviche, its freshness rivalled only by its deliciousness. A few well-served snacks are served alongside excellent cocktails. A bar where the food really does come on a plateau!
