In the prestigious surroundings of the Place d'Armes hotel, an elegant decor invites guests to dine comfortably inside or al fresco, on the charming terrace of the small inner courtyard, preserved from the madding crowd of the city. The artichoke salad, its heart stuffed with a smooth and crunchy cream, plays with the iodine trip of the anchovies in oil, the edge taken off by a fresh, tangy French buttermilk. A lovely piece of pearly cod accompanied by mussels and a refreshing golden julienne brought the meal to a very pleasing close.
