The artichoke salad, its heart stuffed with a smooth and crunchy cream, plays with the iodine trip of the anchovies in oil, the edge taken off by a fresh, tangy French buttermilk. A lovely piece of pearly cod accompanied by mussels and a refreshing golden julienne brought the meal to a very pleasing close.
