This gourmet stopover in the hills above Echternach offers a concise menu, designed by chef Markus Backers and focused on local ingredients and well-executed preparations. We have fond memories of the fantasy of carrots and peas, as aesthetic as it was delicious, the guinea fowl supreme with its spicy pepper sauce, and a dessert by Sandro Maag, a peach-based creation that literally brought a smile to our face.
