While the surf and turf stir-fried rice opened the ball on Asia with its pork belly and its scampi spiced up with pak choi, marinated tofu and peanuts, the perfectly cooked cod filled crackled under pistachios, macadamias, and Sichuan pepper while being intoxicated by a delicious tomato-mango condiment.
