Heringer Millen

Almost lost in the middle of Little Switzerland, this old mill has managed to preserve its rusticity despite some touches of modernity. The brasserie cuisine is taken to great heights here thanks to the talent of chef Lars Fiebig. From asparagus cooked to perfection and garnished with a hollandaise with beurre noisette to a red label salmon tataki with peas and citrus fruits, before moving on to a venerable sundae with creamy vanilla ice cream and chocolate.
