This family theme is carried on in the local, organic and seasonal produce, in the vegetables sourced from Sandrine or their very own Peffer'garden, which are used to prepare tasty dishes such as the beef hot pot carpaccio style, in memory of Grandma Gilberte. As for the vegetables from their garden stuffed with brandade of pollack, accompanied by piquillos and a nasturtium juice, they reflect even better the title of ‘Traditional Regional Restaurant' 2023 that we are delighted to award them.
