Impeccably run by Claude Magnin, and a hothouse for new talents, whose expertise is growing all the time, people come here for their own pleasure and to share it with others. A philosophy to which the entire team seems to have signed up. In the kitchen, chef Lionel Delval flawlessly respects the codes of traditional French cuisine, such as his maraîchère of crab and mango with just the right amount of coriander mayonnaise. As for the show-stopping cheese cart, it still brings the house down.
