Overlooking the town of Esch and Galgenberg Park, this restaurant combines modernity and comfort in a bold architectural design. Chef Fernando Andreu preserves the hallmarks of the cuisine of his native Catalonia, working with produce in a bistronomic style. Turbot, served cold or as a croquette, surrounded by nori seaweed, pays its respects to this noble fish. Smoked duck is accompanied by a red chicon leaf stuffed with a lip-licking cauliflower and Parmesan mash, topped with a peppy beet and red wine sauce. The sauce and the smoked asparagus variation, crunchy and pickled, that are served alongside a perfectly seasoned beef tartar, are worth the trip alone! A Mediterranean address that makes us go back again and again, year after year!
