The country-style terrine does credit to the Auberge de la Klauss, who perfected the recipe, while the honey and lime-marinated scampi skewers deliver the right crispiness alongside creamy fregola sarda. The owner, Nicolas Donati, nurtures a relaxed atmosphere.
