The aptly named Désir offers a near-perfect balance, with grapefruit and Timut pepper tea blending harmoniously in a ganache of 68% dark chocolate from Ghana and Madagascar. For praline fans, the almond and sesame praline contrasts with the sweetness of the Brazilian milk chocolate coating. As for our favourite, the Noir de Bourgogne, also covered in delectable dark chocolate from Ghana and Madagascar, it exudes a satisfyingly lingering aroma of blackcurrant and violet.
