Like the Eternal City, Roma is firmly rooted in Luxembourg's gastronomic landscape. Just short of its 75th birthday, there are no signs that it is going anywhere. It continues to serve up a permanent menu featuring fresh handmade pasta while putting the spotlight on specific regions of Italy. The roasted sea bass fillet topped with Piedmont sauce, with a delicious zucchini galette side, was a real discovery.
