There are some places, some atmospheres, that take you away from the everyday. Once past the hotel reception, the interconnecting dining rooms lead out onto the terrace. The mood is friendly and relaxed. Chef Clovis Degrave's cuisine is bistronomic and modernised, with a few refreshing Asian touches here and there, such as the delicious lobster ravioli with Thai flavours, lemongrass and ginger broth. We ask for more please! The service is relaxed, efficient and without frills.
