Architecture leads to everything, and reminiscences of it can be found in the chocolates created by the young and talented Lola, who has been delighting chocolate lovers for the past 4 years. Her various experiments have allowed her to select top-quality raw materials, reduce the sugar content of her bites and banish anything unnatural. The result? Chocolates with sharp graphics and modern, new tastes. A lasting impression was left by the refreshing apricot-rosemary, the "Genmaicha" with green tea and crispy rice, or the "Bastiani" with its delicate raspberry jelly and rose petals, spiked with saffron and crunchy with pistachio slivers. She has even managed to revamp a Luxembourg tradition, in the form of a bite-sized chocolate filled with Bamkuch and a milk ganache.
