Although the setting sometimes takes a back seat, here it is a veritable showcase for the home-cooked cuisine of chef Quentin Debailleux. Comfortably seated in this pretty 18th-century farmhouse, you can enjoy a generous lobster salad served with little gem lettuce seasoned with Savora mustard and citrus fruit, or the delicate gambero rosso ceviche with sweet peppers. Finally, we feasted on calf's head with a sauce gribiche, before finishing our meal with a crispy strawberry, rhubarb and vanilla mille-feuille.
