The successive owners have made a point of using premium quality products, always with very feminine touches that bestow on the creations a touch of finesse and generosity and, what else, the sweet taste of indulgence. In addition to a few exotic origin bars such as the Cameroon 66% or Madagascar 100%, you can work your way through the praline and cookie croustiboules, a selection of beautiful feuillantines with Piedmont hazelnuts or the praline Fingers in three versions, one of which is lactose-free. The collection of individual chocolates remains a must, on full display in the workshop or in the shop in town.
