The name says it all: Bac stands for Bar À Cocktail (Cocktail Bar). What the name doesn't say is that all the drinks come from Luxembourg and only Luxembourg: small distilleries or craft breweries, acclaimed vineyards or discreet cellars. Raphaël Betti is at the helm, creating highly inspired cocktails that surprise and delight, such as the now classic "Sois Sage" that pits the sage against pear and pine. Numerous collaborations with local and international bartenders and chefs (always vegetarian) guarantee a constant stream of discoveries. The small bar spills out onto the pavement opposite. All this is close to the funicular railway and the panoramic lift.
