This Belgian artisan chocolate-maker, founded in 1998, has set up shop in Luxembourg to the delight of chocoholics. With more than 70 varieties of hand-crafted individual chocolates, ganaches, truffles and bars made from high-quality cocoa, you'll be spoiled for choice. Their common denominator, however, is the focus on the quality and origin of the chocolate: the 85% from Brazil, the 65% from Madagascar and the 72% from Venezuela. The signature chocolate, an almond praline and feuillantine coated in 72% chocolate, is a testament to the excellence of the chocolate-maker. The Rocher truffle and the classic Manon filled with coffee cream vie for the spotlight alongside the ganaches with their original flavours and the fruity or infused bites.
