With 85% Brazilian, 65% Madagascan and 72% Venezuelan chocolates, the importance of selecting noble products is clearly a value that is still respected. We find them, for example, in a deliciously bitter truffle made from a 72% Caribbean origin chocolate, in a powerful ganache from Brazil, or in bars that deliver the characteristic aromas of their terroir. The signature chocolate, an almond and feuillantine praline wrapped in a 72% couverture, is a foretaste of the quality of all the other pralines. The various ganaches play with original tastes alongside the traditional fruity or infused chocolates. You will need to take your time to explore all the flavours, however, as there are over 70 varieties to choose from!
