Our Mediterranean of the Year 2022 has lived up to all its promise by offering a culinary journey in the best of the osteria-trattoria tradition. The escapade among the homemade pastas began with a 'verde' version seasoned with parsley that went perfectly with the baby octopus braised with a spicy tomato. The red mullet was happily married with crunchy fennel and refreshing lemon cream, while the beef tartar, parmesan cream, anchovies and condiments from “back home” expressed a sheer love of food! Sunshine on a plate… guaranteed!
