The decor is very elegant, while the professional and delicate front-of-house team under the watchful eye of Valérie Boyenval is always accompanied by the expert wine advice of the inexhaustible Thierry Corona, our Sommelier of the Year 2023. On the plate, a few perfect scampi placed like sushi on a delicate buckwheat composition enhanced with a mandarin gel or beautiful slices of melanosporum truffle overhanging a creamy potato emulsion and hiding within it a few chervil roots with chips of roasted hazelnuts that are as crisp as could be. Enough said, we'll be back! One more point and it quaffs its second toque.
