The municipality of Steinfort made no mistake in handing over the keys of this sumptuous early 20th century villa to Thomas and Emeline Murer. On the plate, the dishes are generous, tasty and sincere. This applies to the lightly smoked salmon trout, decorated with a few exquisite herbs and a tomato sorbet and to the famous Opéra de foie gras, tonka and red fruit jelly, where the play between the three textures is a consummate balancing act. A few floral notes, imbued with femininity, lend an elegant note to this tasty and tantalizing cuisine.
