Chef Yann Castano's move from the Kirchberg to the Grand-Ducal has enabled Mu to add gourmet, refreshing dishes to its breathtaking view. Of particular note was the variation of croquetas, including one with fish, which lifted the palate with a hint of mint, while the finish refreshed it with a few lemony notes. The Iberian pluma pork with onions and peppers was as tender as it gets, while the hay-roasted baby potatoes were too delicious to leave any behind on the plate.
