On the first floor of the Nordstrooss, chef Michaël Delecourt goes beyond what you'd expect to find in a shopping centre. Inspired by the Franco-Luxembourg region, recipes are based on local produce, such as the trout from the Our valley, cooked to perfection, with its Riesling sauce. The classic feierstengszalot salad is served with a contemporary twist, with a deliciously runny poached egg.
