Portuguese cuisine is represented here with a range of classic meat and cod dishes served with a whole array of sauces. That evening, the copper cataplana, ready to be shared at the table once you tuck in your napkin, delighted us with its sea bass, sea bream, salmon, squid, clams and prawns served with potatoes and the ubiquitous peppers! Portugal in all its tradition and generosity.
