When you walk through the doors of one of the Namur stores, you are greeted by the 160 years plus of joy and experience spread by the chocolate-maker. Even the recipes for the individual chocolates and sweets are almost a century old. This family firm is not afraid to innovate, however, with a new range that sets out to source pure origin ganaches (Cameroon, Brazil, etc.) and combine them with fresh (lime, mint, yuzu) and hedonistic flavours (hazelnut, peanut or coconut). The assortment of confectionery jars has also been expanded to include milk chocolate cranberries, dark chocolate coated candied orange peel sprinkled with toasted almonds, and puffed cereals coated in chocolate. Spreads, bars, finger biscuits and marshmallow bears add the finishing touch to the seriously scrumptious selection.
