The chefs' preparations are delightful, such as the delicious poached and grilled foie gras, accompanied by a roasted duck broth, or the asparagus and vintage black truffle ravioli, which play on textures and lightness. A word of advice! Save a place for the desserts of "Pastry Chef of the Year", Adeline Campestre, as her pistachio and orange blossom (gluten-free) cream dessert, an exercise in elegance and lightness, is staggeringly good.
