The warm, welcoming setting whets the appetite for traditional and popular dishes with a taste of the old country. The caldo verde is authentic as could be, while the faithfully-prepared bacalhau piri piri can’t be faulted. As the Portuguese say, “if there are a thousand ways to prepare bacalhau, this is one of the best”. This may just be the beginning of the journey towards more delicately-crafted Portuguese cuisine in Luxembourg, but it is off to a good start and we couldn’t be happier.
