Chef Michaël Delecourt has considerably cut down on the length of his menu and this comes through in the precision of the cooking and seasoning! His homemade and generous shrimp croquette whets the appetite before the precisely cooked green eels or the al dente lobster ravioli get the meal off to a roaring start. Meat takes pride of place, as with the supreme of local poultry, succulent and crispy. Good food can be enjoyed anywhere, even on the first floor of a shopping centre! The service is friendly and efficient. One more point and on goes the first toque.
