Jérémmy Parjouet has pulled it off. His Lyon-style « bouchon » transports us 550 km south, thanks to a generous cuisine that showcases slow-cooked dishes, local produce, pâtés en croûte and offal, all of which are close to the heart of the Champagne-born chef. In short, charcuterie just the way we like it! The décor perfectly matches the spirit of the dishes, and the friendly atmosphere does the rest, thanks to the attentive service. This is a tailor-made setting for the chef, who can express all his expertise without fuss but with a good dollop of generosity! It certainly deserves to be hailed our Local Restaurant of the Year!
