Push open the gate leading into a small garden and step back in time. Thanks to Ghislain and Gabrielle Kremer, the great classics of French cuisine can be perused on the menu before they appear intact on our plates. Enjoy a blast from the past with the very colourful salmon marinated overnight with dill, jazzed up with borage flowers, or a succulent breast of guinea fowl roasted in honey and exuding the scent of rosemary when the bell is lifted. Pure, unadulterated nostalgia!
