The premium products are cooked and seasoned to perfection, whether the pigeon, escalopes of foie gras and variations of exquisite artichokes, or the mouth-watering black cod served Japanese style, lacquered and roasted with teriyaki sauce. The fine collection of great wines also caught our attention.
