Au Vieux Moulin

A pleasant surprise awaits you in this sympathetically restored old mill thanks to the generous, and appetizing French cuisine of chef Philippe Boulliat! His escalope of duck foie gras with raspberries and herb salad whetted our appetite before his lobster with summer truffle sauce sent us to seventh heaven! His fillet of beef with girolles, which was very well seasoned, was not only delicious but plated up to perfection. The service, in the very kind and capable hands of the congenial hostess, is of an equally high standard, even when it’s full house.
