On this particular evening, some beautifully fresh stuffed morels were served with a pea velouté - simple, honest, delicious! The crispy sweetbreads with browned butter will remain forever in our memories. As for the crêpes Suzettes, flambéed as in the good old days, they leave us wanting to return as soon as possible.
