By joining this old mill in the heart of Luxembourg's Little Switzerland run by the young couple Rachel and Archibald De Prince, it's a bit of Belgianness that brings the first colors to the decor. Rachel, in the dining room, welcomes with a smile, tact, and attention, happy to take her destiny into her own hands alongside her companion in the city as in life. The room is bright and the tables are dressed to the nines, just waiting for the creations of Chef Archibald. Former second in command to the King of plant-based cuisine for eight years, the little Prince does not deny having gone to a good school. Foraging in the forest is, like his mentor's, also part of the daily routine, as is the predominance of working with plants and the graphic design of his dishes.
