From the cold cut platter, we move on to the bouneschlupp, followed by a generously garnished sauerkraut, or game in season. These local dishes are best washed down with a good old house beer such as the "Hell", the "Ambrée" or the "Black Stuff" – leaving us with the impression of having pigged out in style!
