Gabriel Mjahed discovered his passion for cocoa early on. To deepen his knowledge, he spent six months in Mexico, where he came to know the craft at close quarters on local cocoa plantations. After gaining experience at Genaveh and Oberweis, he spread his wings as an independent chocolatier in 2024. His creativity translates into creations that seduce visually as well. He likes to experiment with origami shapes, for instance, and brings the Gëlle Fra to life in chocolate. The quality of the ingredients always comes first. The bars appeal above all to connoisseurs, with a distinctive dark chocolate from Madagascar and a subtly sweetened milk chocolate that charms even the lover of pure cocoa. With the pralines, too, Mjahed lets his refined taste speak. The combination of soft caramel and peanut makes for a seductive interplay of sweetness, saltiness and texture, while the delicate feuillantine pralines excel in their subtle crispness. Fruit jellies and, during the summer months, artisanal ice cream complete the assortment. A young chocolatier with a clear signature, developing further and full of promise.
